EXTRUDER
Single screw extruder especially suitable for the extrusion of LLDPE/ HDPE and other type of thermoplastic material. Screw barrel having designed with latest technology driven by AC frequency resulting into maximum output and low power consumption. Screw barrel is duly nitride, hardened and provided with water cooling arrangement and spider based cross head.

INSERTING DEVICE
The loading and dripper orienting unit is composed of a hopper with a feeder which brings the drippers up into a rotating and centrifugal bowl. There dripper are sorted, positioned and fed at a very high speed into the line. SEW has developed an insertion unit combined with a special extrusions head to improve the quality of the final irrigation pipes. The distance between the dripper can be self programmed as per the application.

VACCUM TANK
The vacuum tank is made of a structure of steel profiles which are mounted a vacuum tank in stainless steel. A transparent lid on the vacuum tank allows a steady control of the pipe. The cooling tank is made of two tanks of three meter each of a total length of six meter each element comprises in which pipes are cooled by emulsion at the end of the cooling tank.

WINDER /SEMI AUTOMATIC WINDER
The machine will wind with a speed up to 60 m/min plus 30% recovery speed the operator after having hooked the coming drip line into the free reel, will recuperate the uncoiled pipe and wind it, accelerating the speed of the machine until the complete recovery of the pipe. He will then bind the previous formed coil.

PERFORATING DEVICE
The new advanced perforating device has been designed for a very reliable production. It can perforate up to 180 dripper per minute.


HAUL OFF
Driven by an AC motor at a constant and the caterpillar are fitted on four aluminum pullies
